Researchers say, people are not happy if they are only sunny. People may be happy even after expressing anger and hatred at times.
A new study has said that people are happy when people can express their emotions and desires. These emotions or feelings may not always be pleasant.
This is said in a study conducted by people from different countries of the world.
The survey was conducted on 2300 people in the United States, Brazil, China, Germany, Ghana, Israel, Poland and Singapore.
The leader of this study and Hebrew University teacher of Jerusalem, Maya Tamir, said, "If you have any feelings in mind, then it is better to publish it. It can not be a feeling of happiness."
Researchers say that they tried to understand how people measure their happiness during research.
The researchers then found that many people were happy by expressing their negative feelings.
In this case, the issue of anger and hatred is the highest.
Researchers Anna Alexandra said, "In both anger and hatred, the two things are mixed together, but there are no other negative sentiments such as fear, grief and anxiety - no idea about how much work is done in happiness."
Researchers say that Western people always want to enjoy good feelings.
Even if they are good, they think they should be better. More persecution of happiness makes them less happy.
