Set passwords in pen drive without software. Keep data safe.

Currently, pen drive is a great way to store data or exchange. Smartphone Pen Drive is being used due to OTG adapter. So the use of Pen Drive has been much more than ever before to save storage and transfer files. Although the Pen Drive is smaller in size, it is used for many purposes. 

Most people keep their important and sensitive data or files in the pen drive. These sensitive files can be misused by misbehaving your files or data, and if you lose a pen drive, you can cause huge damage. So locking the pen drive or setting a password is very important.
Online Pen Drive has many software to set up passwords. Windows also provides the ability to set passwords in the pen drive by default.

Password set without software:

This feature is available through Windows Bit Lock. You do not have to use third party software for this.
Method:
1. Firstly connect your pen drive to the PC. Now go to Windows Explore (shortcut: Windows Key + E). Right click mouse on your pen drive.
2. Wait a while after clicking Turn on BitLocker and see the picture below. Enter the password by mark in the box.
3. Click Next and save the password for the future. Now click on Next, then it will start encrypting.
     Bit Locker is supported only on Windows 10 Pro and Windows 10 Enterprise.
